Par flinches back, then starts sobbing. He promptly falls unconscious due to lack of sleep.

He activated a mic to Sunny. “Can you take over the front desk for a while?”

”Sure thing.” After a few seconds, Sunny stood behind the desk. Trevor took a key and carried Par to a room, lying him on a bed.

Par woke, looking around. He saw himself on a bed and panicked, but then he realized he no longer had his hat with him (he must have dropped it when unconscious), so he had payed.

”Where am I?”

“This’ll be your room while you’re here.” He picked up the hat and placed it on the nightstand. He sat and faced Par. “Listen carefully. Nothing here has a cost. You don’t have to pay for anything. You will not have any debt.”
