Rue opened another gateway, this one horizontal, and the city of Luthadel spread out below them, like an incredibly realistic map. One mansion was very clearly lit up. "That's where we want to be, I assume?"

They were tower-like keeps I think, at least in Luthadel. Part of the reason being because the city was so tightly packed, and also because that means there was less ash gathering up to deal with.

"I don't know. I doubt we have much time to plan, but I think we should be able to get in without invitations." He thought for a moment. "Disguises might be good. It would definitely be a problem if we got recognized."
