"There's probably more of all of us," Aventine said.

"Create an existence with no drugs."

Rue frowned. “If another me is something that she’s afraid of, then either she or I is a problem, and needs to be destroyed.”

"You are definitely not the problem. I don't know what happened with the other Rue, but that's not you."

Rue gave him a flat look. “The other Rue, then. Either way, one of the two clearly has…issues.”

Hey Hope, not entirely sure what you have planned but if you need things about Rue’s backstory, let me know and I can PM you :)

I would like to inquire as to the allowance of magic systems in our characters. Is it only Brandon systems or anything we can think of? I highly doubt there's no magic but is that the case?

Also I like talking funny sometimes hehe.

DG Aventine glanced at the two Jar Mans wrestling against the wall.

"Wait." Elan says. "Did you meet another me?"

Chances are like 150% that he did, but... you never know.

It's pretty much anything, though unless you're making a major villain or a god character with some strong limitations, ideally don't make it too overpowered.

Is anyone currently in the clinic?

A small man walks up to the reception desk. He talks in a small voice and kind-of  mumbles "Um, could I get a room please?"

Wit wandered out of his room. He wanted to do something, but he didn’t see anyone else.

Elan... you know what time it is. It is time for Ezrium to return. You know what to do.

As if on cue, the figure from Ezrium's pocket world slipped on Aventine's water trail.

Wait what? Who is that? Which figure?

"Yeah..." TAAron suddenly looked even more exhausted than he already had.

Rue looked at him, then let out a long breath. “This is a mess.”

Tal was sitting at the desk, not very subtly trying to hide a book. He sat up straight. “Yeah! Hi, welcome to the Insanity Clinic for the Moderately Brandofandonitis Afflicted (and other maladies). Rooms are available, is there anything specific you’d like from your experience here?”

"Umm... as blast-proof as possible I guess." he blushes and hopes that doesn't sound strange.

He's not up to anything evil just so you know.

Here's an impromptu sheet I did, not fully fleshed out but enough to start on.

Quote

Name: Exol Andrias (Ex-all And-rie-us)

Personality: Studious and self-conscious but a steadfast and loyal friend

Powers: Bendalloy Misting and Zinc Ferring

Backstory: Exol was born in a small Roughs town on Scadrial called Weathering (creative I know) where he led a tough life. He used his feruchemy to create grand plans to steal food and money for his survival until one day when he stole a valuable looking book titled Insanity Clinic Book 1 (hehe) from a scholar. His feruchemy allowed him to teach himself to read with astonishing speed and he became engrossed with learning. When he became an adult he scraped enough money for himself to go to school in Elendel where he studied mechanics. He became extra interested in the mechanics behind bombs, especially allomantic grenades. One day after coming home from his side job of fixing trains he came home and decided to re-read that first book he got. To his surprise, when he opened that first page a rift pulled him through and he ended up outside the clinic's doorstep with all his mechanic supplies from his personal workshop all stacked neatly in a pile.

"It is. I don't know what to do... I don't think I've had enough time since the underworld. I could use some rest."

Tal nods seriously. “Good answer. And more relevant than you’d expect.” He hands him a key. “8th floor, ignore the wrecka—er, ignore the construction, go past the room that won’t stop singing, and your room is on the left.”

Rue nodded. “Rest might be a good idea for all of us.”

"Oh, thanks. I'll just get my stuff then." He walks out bringing a small workbench and a couple small machines with him to his room. Did that guy say singing room? He walks by and sure enough a room is singing. When he gets to his room he sets up and starts his experiments. He takes out a big book and starts attaching nodes to it. When he flicks the switch all the lights dim for a moment before... BANG!! A huge explosion throws him back! He stays conscious enough to see a flicker of power emanate from the book before falling into unconsciousness.

Heh. 3 posts in and already a big bang. Also the word Conscious will be the death of me.

Tal went back to his book. “I love this job.”

Melody heard the noise, and went to go investigate.

Finding a person she hadn't recognized, she quickly used her lights to heal them.

"Hi! Who are you?"
