Purple blood

So, we know a lot of creatures on Roshar have purple blood, and I think I know exactly what it is. Hemerythrin, it is a purple-pink coloured blood (when oxygenated), which is found in a large amount of marine invertebrates, which we know Rosharan lifeforms are based on.  It is actually very strange and interesting, and I do definitely feel that this is the kind of blood that Rosharan lifeforms have. Except for the Parshendi, as we see they have a more orange blood.

Parshendi might be Pinnaglobin, which is a more brown colour. Less sure on that one.

It could be Hemogloben with some amount of Vanabin, which makes blood yellow
