My next favorite is Peter Parker. I love the characters, I love the morals, and most of all I love the fact that Spidey lack OP superpowers and is focused on speed and acrobatics, rather than being a big bruiser (like almost every other major hero).

Are you aware that he an lift 10 tonnes?

Yes, but his combat is much more agility oriented. That is relatively rare among comic heroes.

To be fair, superhero abilities are kind of... flexible. Whenever he isn't screwing around, Spider-man is crazy strong. Superman's abilities can shift from issue to issue, on what the plot needs him to be able to do.

Of course, if the plot emans they have to do the impossible, suddenly Spider-man goes from lifting ten tonnes to supporting an entire building on his shoulders, or Superman can turn back time.

It's why I tend to treat superpowers in a very abstract way, since otherwise things start getting a bit... messy. Being able to lift ten tonnes puts Spidey in a weight class which is somewhat above his usual choice of foes, but it never really plays into it.

Favourite hero is quite possibly The Pro by Garth Ennis, simply because she isn't like any other superhero out there.

Favourite villain is probably Heath Ledger's Joker, but that is more due to his acting than the villain himself.

Favorite hero: the Sandman, and not the marvel one. The sandman comics are honestly the best I've ever read. I'm also a huge X-men (all versions) and Ultimate spiderman fan, not to mention Daredevil or Batman...
