Request for a Map image edit

I have a request for an edit to these map images:

Wherein they are placed over one another, with one made more transparent so that we can see the national boundaries on both maps at once. I really want to use this to be able to see the exact changes in territory between the two eras. But I don't have the knowledge or tools to know how to overlap them like this. It would be very much appreciated, please and thank you.

Have you seen this map?

There is a button you can press that does what you want.

Edit: For some reason the link isn't working for me, but maybe it's working for you and also you can just search interactive map of roshar.

I forgot it had that feature, thanks! Although I am not the biggest fan of the map they used, I prefer the OB map, it still does give what I want. So thanks.

I do like the OB map. I was trying to do it with the pictures you had posted, but I couldn't get the maps to line up properly (I'm not an amazing photo editor.).
