I've actually been a member for probably a year now, but always stuck to TWG (there, I was known as KhyEllie, which a few of you might recognize as an abbreviation from Terry Brooks, where my interests in fantasy began). When it broke down I had already gone somewhat inactive and wasn't sure where everyone had gone for refuge, even though I was pretty sure it was here. I was too lazy to look into it, then I got a summer job in Rural Deathtrap of Central Utah and had no internet for months anyway. My brother knows someone who is active here and confirmed this to be the relocation site, so finally I have arrived. How to introduce myself? I take great pride in having figured out that something was up with Hoid in January of 2009, a few months before Warbreaker was released. I searched the internet for endless hours looking for an explanation, and after several days came across the thread “Hoid??” in TWG. That's where my humble beginnings lie. As soon as Warbreaker came out I did a search for Hoid in the book, and when I was able to confirm that he was there, I went into a Cosmeric Trance and thought about nothing else for a month or two as I tried to pull the secrets out. I nearly failed my math class, but it was worth it. My days of overloading on books having slowly been leaking away with my adolescence, when it was quite common for me to read two or three books a week(on rare occasions, ten or twelve). Alas, college has forced me to address other issues and can certainly be blamed for my prolonged absence. Also, I believe the Inquisitors considered me a threat to-- Again, sorry for the absence. I don't post a whole lot, but you can bet that I keep up with the Cosmere and have read all of Brandon's works and WoT, as well as Aether of Night, and sections from LoP, Scribbler, and Mythwalker.
