That's okay. I'm female, and my students pretty regularly slip and call me "sir" instead of "ma'am." We're just one big, happy, gender-confused-mode-of-address family here.

Or something. Right?

With my hair, I often get customers at the store refer to me as "her" or "she" or "miss" until I turn around. And even then, some very young kids ask, quite loudly, "Is that a girl?"

I guess I'm just too pretty...
