1 External Gills
They have resonances, but they are indeed less pronounced because they have multiple powers: Spoiler OrangeJedi Do Mistborn have resonances? Brandon Sanderson *Hesitantly* Everybody does, but they're not as pronounced. OrangeJedi Is that because they just have so many powers? Brandon Sanderson Yeah. 0 Argenti
They are very subtle. Most wouldn't notice them.
0 +hwiles
I can't recall if Brandon has endorsed the idea personally, but I think the prevailing fan theory has been that, above a certain threshold (ie: access to more than 2 distinct powers) the investiture begins inducing destructive interference in one's spiritweb, not just constructive. Basically, the points in one's soul where resonance could manifest into a novel ability are simply drowned out by overlapping spiritual-dissonance and interference patterns between competing forms of investiture.
0 IlstrawberrySeed
Is there concensous on what happens if a mistborn never learns of or uses metals past 2? Does the resonance of those metals surface? Or what happens to the resonance of a twinborn who starts burning lots of shardmetals?
