"I think you both should halt a conversation for now. It seems to be getting violent... again."

"No. I want answers. And I want them now." Strohger held all the air he could in the room, knowing that it would compres if he was stabbed. "And if you try that knife thing variance, you are dead."

"You cannot kill me," Variance noted. "Go ahead, ask for your answers. Do not fight, though. Please."

"Yet I can kill half of the people in this room. But yes, Ayia still has to explain why she is hunting the Beorin out of spite, something a normal person would've been past in a few years."

"Do not threaten to kill people." Variance kept his voice steady and even. "Ayia, would you like to respond?"

"I would," she replied. "Strohger, is there anything else you'd like to get off your chest?"

"Explain: Why you brought us here, why you hunt the Beorin out of spite, why, you brought us here knowing we were gonna get captured, how the Beorin are unkillable or undefeatable, why they conquer universes, why you teamed up with the resistance, Who and what is this resistance, why you haven't been trying to return to your mission, and why you have been avoiding certain questions I have been asking, if you claim to not keep secrets. Answer it all."

"We're here because Allera wanted to leave the universe you came from." Ayia sat back. "That's the only reason why we're here. I wasn't expecting Beorin to have nearly as much in terms of security here already, so we took a gamble - a gamble, I should add, that you agreed to. Beorin's undefeatable because they're gigantic and have more resources at their disposal than most gods have ever seen in their entire lifetime, we fight them because people tend to suffer under their rule, the resistance is full of people who could kill you easily... and they can handle themselves. In fact, where I was hoping we could get to would even get me back in contact with them, and frankly I'll be surprised if something went wrong while I was away. I have not been 'avoiding' questions, I have neglected to answer several: mostly, get this, because this room is probably bugged. In fact, a whole brigade of security officers are probably listen to your hissy fit as we speak."

Since basically as soon as they entered this room, Variance has made it only they can hear each other. They talked about this.

"A. I don't come from this universe, nor the one next-door. I come from a place very far away that has no... connection to any universe anywhere nearby that you've seen. You say they are undefeatable since they are massive. Yet when an unmovable object meets an unstoppable force, they both stop. There are empires larger than Beorin out there. There are universes; ones that can't be invaded by beorin, ones like mine. You say the resistance is full of people who could kill me. Yet anyone can. Even myself. So it sounds like you either have some glamorous people there or incompetent people there. You say they've been fine while you're away, and yet you are so eagar to get in touch with them again. And I already asked if  it was bugged, and you said it wasn't. All weak excuses. Now why did you even come here, and who are you?"

That actually made Ayia laugh. Not much, but... well. She chuckled. "Your universe can't be invaded? If you're here and you exist, then it can. Maybe it won't, but it's not that it can't - though by the sounds of that place, it doesn't seem the sort of universe they'd really want in the first place.

"But that's besides the point. The point is that you've completely lost it. You've cracked because you're afraid, and you're afraid because you don't understand what the hell is going on. So you're pinning the blame on me, and honestly? I'm okay with that. It wouldn't be the first time, it won't be the last, and I'm not petty enough to let it get to me. And I can certainly excuse any accusation or blame you can come up with, but there is one thing you absolutely should not have brought up."

Ayia's eyes fell into a cold, dark stare.

"Don't ever try to get to me by insulting my friends. All you're showing is your own inexperience and immaturity, and they would kill you. They would kill you quickly. And if they didn't, then I would. If you hurt one of them - or Variance, or Allera, or hell, even Shim - then I will kill you, no matter what. I don't care what magic you have: I will kill you."

[I would have strohger kill aiya buttt thats not civil sooo... ]

"I can see right past your mask. You think you're in control, when you really aren't. You're the only one here who believes that we'll get out of here. And you're the one who would kill to kill. Right now, you are trying to take advantage of the fact that you have more information than anyone else. But we already know, we aren't exactly escaping this place anytime soon, but you can't accept that." Strohger reached for tempest, and started folding invisible air blades. "As for whether or not the Beorin can invade it; thats a no. It can't even be accessed through normal means, and since they have no trace they'll instantly die. As for your friends, I have no intention of killing them. They haven't done anything too wrong, and had good intentions. But just know one thing. I hate you. And when they interogate us, it will show."

[Footnote: You may kill him if you want, it does seem like the rational dicision here. But he will put up a fight.]

Ayia considered that, then nodded. She turned around.

"Would you like to kill me right now, doc? You don't seem like the honorable type, and I'm completely unarmed - it would be easy, right? Maybe Variance would give you trouble, and even if you tried running the people in this skybase would take you down eventually, though you seem confident enough that you could kill everyone here.

"I don't have to prove myself to you, and I don't want to anyway. But you're so full of yourself that you think I do, which is why you hate me. So if you hate me, go ahead and kill me right now: all it'll prove is that you killed an unarmed person while trapped in another guy's house because you're throwing a fit."

He's welcome to try. Ayia would win.

Unless he could defeat Super Saiyan Goku in under fifteen seconds. Not that Ayia's the level of a Super Saiyan, but she last at least that long against one.

Strohger attempted to cut Ayia with thin air while also draining the air around her.

[Make it quick please... although I am curious as to how aiya would win]

"No." An unseen force sent Strohger flying off his feet. Blood began streaming down Variance's face. "You will stop this. Now."
