He's sending hordes of rats into the city, why is no one getting annoyed yet!? I want to see a Voidgaze/Penumbra fight, both use similar offensive moves, tendrils of cloth/shadow and both reincarnate. It's be an endless battle. 2

To be fair, not even an hour passed since he arrived in town. That could be awesome, although the P´s would at one point probably have so many personality that they become unable to act for all the chaos in their head. 1

One Google search later, I learn that gender-flipped Harley/Joker couples are definitely a thing. And that it is possible to make Harley's costume look manly. (Giving Male!Harley a giant mallet helps. )Who indeed. She doesn't seem like the Catwoman type, and most of the Watchmen seem too dark for her.... You know, it'd be hilarious if Voidgaze went as Nighthound and proceeded to mock him mercilessly. Aw, that's awesome!
