Tpam's knowledge of tpp is most likely limited to s1-r1, the infamous pokemon red, and therefore sees the flareon as a false prophet.

tpam also Likely doesn't know the false prophet/martyr is female.

Edit: having read the comic, I'd say they barely know anything about the lore of tpp
