I'm planning on doing a whole sketchbook page of just Bill expressions, because he is a friggin' joy to draw and my yellow markers don't see enough use anyway. I also plan to draw the young Stan twins and a possessed Ford with Bill's fabulous lashes. Say what you will about Bill Cipher, he knows his eyeliner.
