What book should I start on?

hi! I have read some of Sanderson's non-cosmere books, but haven't started on any in the joint universe yet. I don't have anything to read at the moment, but have no clue where to start. Any advice/suggestions for a good beginning? I like fantasy a lot, so the more magic the more fun >:D

AU = Arcanum Unbounded - it has essays for each Shardworld that had a Story in the Anthology. Book acronyms are also listed in the Sharder FAQ. 

The Essays are written by an in-Cosmere author - Minor Spoiler:

The same one that writes the Ars Arcanum for each book/series, who is also a character from White Sand (and cameos in a few other places).
