Blegh. Literally blegh.

On a completely random note, I got my Spotify wrapped a couple days ago and had more minutes than all my friends and family! (176,790).

Oh, you poor unfortunate soul. You’re just in the wrong country at the wrong time. At least you probably won’t fail your tests!

Wow, I’m really bad at being inspirational, I’m sorry.

World Cup final in a few hours. Argentina v France. My father and I will be staying up to watch it, which is fun as we haven't watched football together in a long time.

Edit: it seems we're just not suited to watching together. He's the kind of person who provides a running commentary and explanation of every action, while I sit in white-knuckled silence and have a nervous breakdown when it goes to penalties.

I stayed up until 3 reading last night, in theory because I didn't have to do anything today. I happen to be a sucker for a really good magic school plot.

Can you believe I had to look up how to spell "ninety"? It's straightforward enough, but for some reason I am utterly incapable of remembering how to spell it. Nine-ty. Ninety. *facepalm*

I see a lot of random stuff on Twitter, but I think this is probably my favourite. Fifteen-year-old punk Neil Gaiman.

Photo of Neil Gaiman, holding a microphone. He is dressed all in black and wearing blue eyeshadow and black lipstick.

I finished my two-page summary of a world epic that I was supposed to do over break, but I refused flatly because it's mean to make me do things over break. But I finished it, and it's DEFINITELY not three and a half pages long...

Okay, no idea how that happened.

This situation is dreadful enough that I MUST double post.

Look. Just look.

I had the weirdest dream last night. I forgot the motive behind my actions but I found myself smuggling rats in applesauce pouches. It was....interesting upon reflection.

My favorite part is that one whole person found it helpful.

And people wonder why I have very little faith in humanity. (jk, but not really)

The Way of Kings.

Ah. Now I feel like raging. I do understand where they might be trying to come from though. The beginning is way confusing and takes a second to get used to. The second time through (for me at least) was even better than the first. (Since they're so freaking long the audiobooks are like 50 hrs each)

Yes, I have no more faith in humanity in general. The only humans I have faith in are people I know and people who are similar to me e.g like brandon sandersoon books.

And yes i spelled sanderson with double O's.

Random thing,(well I guess that's kind of the point of this thread, whatever), I finished the Reckoners series last night. It was a satisfying end in my opinion.

It's always great to find new cosmere people. My friend who I had persuaded to read Stormlight started reading Mistborn so it was pretty great

Of course, in between shows there's always space to crack open a Cosmere book or two. Or ten
