New type of bond

So far we know of there are two types of spren bond, a Radiant bond between a sentient spren and any sort of sentient creature, Gemheart bonds where the spren takes up residence in the gemheart of a native rosharen creature such as a singer or skyeel. But what if their is more, somthing like what Adolin and Mayalaran have developed, we know that Adolin can sense her emotions and awareness which is something the nahel bond cannot do.

If Adolin said the First Oath to Maya, would the Stormfather have to accept it if Maya did?

No. Not necessarily.

There's more going on here. Even if Maya would... Does he mean the oath? Is he wanting to be part of that Order? There are so many things in that that could prevent... And even, would the Stormfather be the one answering, in that case? Which would probably be a "no."

All kinds of versions of "no" to that question, though it is a good question.

Kaladin and Syl also can share feelings and slightly more (and fully talk telepathycally when she is in blade form) so probably Adolin and Maya`s abilities are a worse version of this.

This fact is part of my pet theory that Adolin is already effectively a 4th or 5th ideal Edgedancer, and when/if Maya is sufficiently rehabilitated he will instantly gain those powers. There's just too much about Adolin that paints him as the Platonic Ideal of an Edgedancer already, this can't just be a coincidence.

Bonds and Connections are such a wide concept in SA and the Cosmere at large, I feel like there are plenty of bond types and the details and semantics of it will depend on many factors, and I see them more gradually different rather than being in distinct categories.
For instance you're saying a radiant bond is a bond with any type of sentient creature, but I would hardly consider the bond of a Rhyshadium and one of a 5th level Radiant the same thing, especially when you start having three very distinct Bondsmiths manipulating bonds as they wish.

For instance the Naheel bond starts from Spren trying to imitate what the Honorblades were doing, so you could consider the bond with maya, and with any dead shardblade, just a "dormient" Radiant bond.

I was thinking about the Ryshadium and it's spren is more like a gemheart one but you have a point.
