That1Cellist he/him Posted September 24, 2022 Posted September 24, 2022 So, I don't know if this is the right place for this, but I would like some music suggestions to listen to. I always am looking to find more music that I like. I prefer instrumental, but lyrics are occasionally nice, and almost always okay if they are in Latin. Mostly, I just want a place for people to share what music they like. Well, get going!

Plant life by Owl City is nice (has lyrics).

Wow. That's like, 35 minutes long. Oh wait never mind, It's just a small portion. Wait no. Now I'm just confused. Edited September 24, 2022 by That1Cellist

That1Cellist he/him Posted September 24, 2022 Author Posted September 24, 2022 Does anyone else like video game soundtracks? I love classical, but that doesn't mean I don't have other tastes. Once I was told by a very good friend of mine, "All the music you like is either slow and calming or slow and depressing." While that isn't entirely true, I did find it amusing.

I think I've told you this, but the music from the Xenoblade Chronicles series is incredible. I love listening to it.

The Bookwyrm he/him Posted September 24, 2022 Posted September 24, 2022 Uh.... For some more contemplative and less action packed songs, I'd start with: The Main Theme from Xenoblade Chronicles, Where We Used to Be from Xenoblade Chronicles 2, And The Title Screen theme from Xenoblade Chronicles 3. The second two of those are purely piano pieces. I can get back to you with some of my other favorites later.
Rabbit Unmade she/her Posted September 24, 2022 Posted September 24, 2022 (edited) Ori has some good music. It has a lot, so I can‘t recommend specifics. (Ori of Blind Forest, Ori and the Will of the Wisps) Edited September 24, 2022 by Rabbit Unmade

I like the main theme and another one I think is called we named her Ku, but I can‘t remember. Mora the Spider sounds kind of silly at the beginning, and it‘s kinda fun to listen to.
The Wandering Wizard he/him Posted September 24, 2022 Posted September 24, 2022 I love to just listen to The Legend of Zelda music, and I also like listening to movie soundtracks. GIVE RITE OF SPRING A TRY!

That1Cellist he/him Posted September 24, 2022 Author Posted September 24, 2022 It's good. It's a little difficult to listen when I'm distracted by the shard, but it's very good. It has so many moods, dynamics, and tones. It's beautiful.
