I was in the middle of reading the Dunk and Egg novellas by GRRM and in the first one there is a prince that has prophetic dreams and shares them with Dunk. As soon as I read that, the first thing that popped into my head was “Well, this dude needs to stay away from the ardents” and I 100% expected Dunk to respond with “Careful, seeing the future is of the enemy”. 

 

I think I need to take a bit of a cosmere break.

Nah, that is completely rational and not at all obsessive behavior. Pretty sure most of us do that.
