If you’re referring to just all around favorite, I would say the Stormlight Archive. I really love the character development that happens in that book. I love getting to see how different people deal with situations, my personal favorite of them all being Dalenar because he doesn’t let his mistakes define him and instead he takes responsibility and finds a way to push forward. He’s also just a baller in so many ways. If you are referring to my favorite story, then it’s gotta Mistborn Era 1. I believe that the ending is what makes the story, and Mistborn really delivered on that. Just the imagery of the people coming out of the bunks in Hero of Ages to see that their world had transformed from essentially Hell to Heaven (not to get religious or anything). It was the most beautiful ending I’ve seen to any Book, Movie, Game, anything; Mistborns ending tops it all in my opinion. So in a good life lesson way, Stormlight. For worldbuilding, character moments that give me goosebumps, epic battles, really cool magics, all the worldhoppers, ability to use up all my thought time, etc., Stormlight, specifically Way of Kings or whichever one I'm currently reading. But for pure fun in the reading experience, Alloy of Law.
