Can allomantic Chromium affect other forms of investiture?

Question

Idk if there's a WoB about this, but would a leecher be able to interfere with other kinds of investiture, like stormilght or breaths. At first I thought it might be possible, but the mechanics of Chromium don't seem to interfeer with investiture, but with the metals that an allomancer has eaten wich i don't think are investiture, but a key to it.

What do you think?

Yes, it's confirmed to work on other forms of investiture, and that it's mechanism for doing so is similar to Nightblood's or Larkin's feeding so it doesn't really care what the flavor of investiture is.  From various WOBs we know:

  • When burning away a person's metals, it feels like pulling power from the metal and returning it to an external source.[2]
  • This power is similar to Nightblood and larkin.[3]
  • When burning away a person's metals, non-Invested metals go before the Invested ones.[4]
  • Only Allomantically relevant metals can be burned away.[5]
  • The ability to burn the metal can be drained while leaving the metal.[2]
  • A Leecher can also drain other forms of Investiture. They would be fairly effective at draining a person's Breath or Stormlight.[6]
  • They could also Leech a Feruchemist who was tapping their metalmind.[7]
  • They would be able to Leech from a Lifeless.[8]
  • A Leecher could prevent a Shardbearer from summoning their blade,[9] and can prevent a weapon using Investiture from working.[2]
  • If a Leecher touched Nightblood, the Leecher would die.[10]

in the newspapers in era 2 we actually see this happening: theres a story about someone with a magic gun that gets leeched

edit: nevermind i just noticed Quantus had that newspaper as a citation anyway

So if it's established that A-chromium would work to Leech Investiture, what about A-nicrosil to "burst" the (kinetic) use of it?

You could theoretically kill, say, a Windrunner by tapping him on the shoulder just as he Lashed upwards to fly, causing him to use all his Stormlight in a massive Lashing to the sky that sent him soaring up super high/quickly, but with no Stormlight left to Lash himself the other way to slow the descent, or to heal upon impact.
