Kickstarter is spending $ on Google adds for the Year of Sanderson

I tend to use Google search to go to websites, including the Brandon Sanderson main page.  

Googling for “Brandon Sanderson” gives the below top result.  The link is titled “The Biggest Kickstarter Ever - A Year of Sanderson” on my PC, but I used my phone for the screenshot.

They also have a YouTube ad that seems to be some new footage, but it uses some of the script of the original announcement video.
