So, if someone could use an anti Rhythm to push the investiture inside a hemalurgic spike to the back end (I think that's something anti-Rhythms do right? They push investiture away?), leaving the front uninvested, could they then fill the front part again, rinsing and repeating to continue filling the spike?

The Shoving action was done by the bar of Raysium in the knife, the anti-tone itself didnt really move or compress the Investiture.   

I dont think you can do that to a spike though.  I think it will either see itself as a Single Object that will spread the Investiture equally, or it is not and will keep the two charges entirely separate. Same idea as when Ishar Connected those Radiants to the ground, tricking their own Investiture into trying treat the ground as a part of them.
