I need (more) help...

My new Fitbit Charge 2 is refusing to sync properly. My phone can find it but when I put in the code it stops working. I've tried restarting my phone, restarting bluetooth, deleting the app, logging out and back in, and chucking my old Charge as far as I could. Any suggestions?
