Kaladin--one of my favorite characters of any story in any media. For me, he's up there with Edmond Dantes from "The Count of Monte Cristo." Embrace the fires of hell to make you stronger, then use that strength to transform into something better. I took many artistic liberties with this one--the spear . . . more like a naginata? Wearing Parshendi armor over his House Kholin uniform? Nope, definitely NOT canon! But I sure like the design of it all 
Thank you Mr. Sanderson for giving my imagination a playground to explore!
