  1. Glad you all like Saiyan Kal
  2. Thanks for the kind words, everyone! I will definitely take your requests into consideration When time permits, I will sketch out some thumbnails, ink them up, and start painting!
  3. Badchull! I like that
  4. Thanks, Lightsworn @Voidus, I'll definitely post more! I'm kinda on a diet right now . . . but a cookie would be great! A break from the routine is always welcome! @Redbird, thank you This is a great forum! Thank you all for the warm welcome! Question: Out of all of Sanderson's work, what is your favorite book and/or character, and why? I am curious, because I have a huge of backlog of sketches from Sanderson's books. I will paint all of them--it will take time, but it will get done, and I love to take requests! Characters, events, environments, battles, epic clashes, whatever! (Tough question for me . . . hard to pick a favorite, but I think Vahser and Kaladin are my favorites . . . I'll have to think more on this one!)
  5. New to this forum, but not to Brandon Sanderson's incredible work! A bunch of coworkers, friends, and family recommended that I post some of my art inspired by Brandon Sanderson here. I hope you all enjoy the art as much I enjoyed making it, and thank you Mr. Sanderson for sharing your gift with all of us! (I posted art in the "Warbreaker," "Stormlight," and "Mistborn" art galleries).
  6. Kaladin--one of my favorite characters of any story in any media. For me, he's up there with Edmond Dantes from "The Count of Monte Cristo." Embrace the fires of hell to make you stronger, then use that strength to transform into something better. I took many artistic liberties with this one--the spear . . . more like a naginata? Wearing Parshendi armor over his House Kholin uniform? Nope, definitely NOT canon! But I sure like the design of it all Thank you Mr. Sanderson for giving my imagination a playground to explore!

    Vin

I wanted to try something a little new with Vin's mistcloak--the word "mistcloak" always evoked images of . . . well . . . mist. I wanted to incorporate this imagery in a wild and organic way as Vin launches through the air.

  8. Vasher and Nightblood--I took some liberties with Nightblood . . . not completely canon Pure black always poses severe artistic challenges when painting. Incredibly fun to play with Brandon Sanderson's color theory and saturation themes from "Warbreaker."
