I don't post here too often, but I am now officially excited for Alloy of Law. I love the idea of a rough and tough frontier boy coming to the big city and finding just as dangerous as his home. Can't wait for the release!

I agree. I think it happenstance that it ended up over Halloween. Seeing those of you who are planning to be there in this thread reminded me of something. When do you all plan to get in line? I'm thinking I will be there sometime Sunday afternoon, but I'm not sure. I look forward to seeing a lot of you there!

I haven't posted a ton on TWG, but I have met a few at signings. I expect that not too many will know me either. I guess I'll have to make a reputation for myself here.

Mi'Chelle, Thanks for helping to make the signing fun. I had a great time that night, although by the end of the night I was exhausted and probably a scary grimace rather than a smile on my face when I had my picture taken with Brandon. BTW, I can't remember the name of the gentleman who took our picture, but it was taken because I won the ARC(which I treasure). If you took that picture and are here on 17thshard I would love to get a copy, if possible. I enjoyed the way the numbering worked. It meant that I could get a great number and still make it to work that day! It was good to see some of my friends from other releases and meet new people as well!

Hey guys, firstrainbowrose told me I should check this site out, so here I am! (BTW congrats on the marriage guys!). I have been a Brandon Sanderson fan since I picked up Elantris at Borders Book in Provo back in 2005. I saw the Orson Scott Card blurb and that got me to pick up the book. The amazing writing got me to continue and cemented The Brandon as my favorite author. I live in Provo, so I have the opportunity to go to lots of signings. I need to hit more, though and I hope to see some of you guys there.
