I asked Peter last night about this, and this is what he said: Sent Yesterday, 11:05 PM We don't know! All there are are rumors. Some people think it's going to be midnight EST.

I believe it was set for midnight on the 4th Eastern Standard Time. I don't believe the release is based upon individual countries, but I could very well be wrong.

One of my GR friends that already has the book counted for me. She said that the pre-release chapters are about 160 pages (hardcover obviously, but that also included the left out chapters 7, 11, and 13 and did not include the interludes). That fits with my reading speed, since I read at 50 softcover pages an hour, and 160 hardcover pages is around 200 softcover pages. It took me 4 hours to read all the re-release stuff. And OMG, 500 pages in 90 minutes?!?! I swear that's a super power.

Lmao, honor spren. That's good. I have a close friend that works at my bookstore that I could easily bribe, but OF COURSE they wouldn't have it. *Frustrationspren*

Last night I dreamed about meeting Brandon while he was teaching at a school. My wife was not happy. I'm not sure if it's because I'm so anxious for WoR, or because I spent most of last night reading the first Mistborn book.

So, to my extreme dismay, the closest store with a copy is an hour away (my store confirmed my fears that no drop shipments arrived). AND we're getting a ton of snow tonight, so I hope to god that the roads a clear by Tuesday morning. Otherwise, I'll buy some snowshoes and start my trek now...

Ah, I see. Unfortunately my wife suffers from chronic self control, so she doesn't have this problem and thus is not understanding.

Yeah, it's $30 in store unless you have a discount card I think. My store said that they should have had it in by now if they were going to get it. He apparently doesn't sell well in my town, which is sad. There's still a chance they'll get a drop shipment, but my hopes are shrinking.

Don't worry, at least when we're in the nuthouse, we'll still be able to talk about the books. Hmm, does Amazon ship to nuthouses do you think?

Now I have to drive an hour to get the book, but B&N actually opens an hour sooner than my store, so I'll have the book at the same time as before lol. Now I have to decide if it's worth the risk trying to drive home an hour while trying to read it on the highway, or if I should rent a hotel room for the night... (I jest, but just barely).

My books-a-million doesn't even know if they'll have it! It's an affront to Fandersons everywhere I tell ya. EDIT: After calling again just now, they still don't have it and most likely won't. Looks like I'll be driving an hour to get it

I've made enough bad decisions in my life that I can vouch for that. Sometimes even the knowledge that you're about to make a bad decision isn't enough to deter you.

STAHP! This is too much lol. Now I have to decide whether it'll be more torture to stay away from here until Tuesday, or to continue to read about all of you that already have it lol.
