Long Game 26: Cognitive Dissonance
Jo and the Bush replied to Nyali's topic in Sanderson Elimination
I am not going to attack someone every night. (Disclaimer; I might actually end up attacking someone every night, but again, Only if I happen to be on a world with someone who is probably a ghostblood. Because I know of no ghostbloods on my current planet, I won't be attacking anyone tonight, unless, of course, One of them is proven to be a ghostblood before the end of the night.)- 1344 replies

No, I'm going to kill players who claim to be part of a faction that isn't the CoA or the GoH. That narrows it down pretty far. In fact, to just you so far. I don't have any other targets, and since you're not on my planet, I can't attack you tonight anyway. So I'll be doing something else tonight, and then i might worldhop so that Tomorrow I'm not stuck on a world with a Ghostblood assassin.- 1344 replies

It is a pretty serious win con. But i can kill a person each night, so i should have the capacity to do it. Unless the Ghostbloods are far stronger than I thought.- 1344 replies

I'm betting like what Aman said, and the eliminator kill is Local planet only, so they were too worried that the kill would be too easily traced.- 1344 replies

We already were at war. My first non faction goal is to destroy the Ghostbloods. You made it clear that you weren't a member of my faction, an independant, or a memebr of God's own Hate. So chances were, you were a Ghostblood. So Yes, I attacked you, and am quite miffed that you not only survived but knew it was me. Can I expect a vengeance kill tonight?- 1344 replies

If you're on PC, you can just double click on the quote, and hit backspace, and the entire box will be deleted. If you're on Mobile you can just curse and swear and hope a helpful admin comes along to delete it for you.- 1344 replies

Long Game 26: Cognitive Dissonance
Jo and the Bush replied to Nyali's topic in Sanderson Elimination
First off, apologies for the delay, a bunch of customers walked in. Aman, should I still retract my vote as agreed, or should I leave it on mage due to recent events? I didn't. I literally Asked if anyone knew of such a power, then said that if they did, i would defend them. However, i accidently mislead people. I don't have protective abilities. I meant more in the fashion of keeping them alive by not lynching them, or roleblocking people attempting to kill them.- 1344 replies

Cool. Want to retract our votes Aman? Operating under the theory that there's a chance that Vote manipulators can't force a non voter to vote?- 1344 replies

Does anyone know of anyone who has an ability to discover the identity of dead players? We really need a way to discover who we lynched. Can anyone think of anyone from the nooks that might have such an ability? Right now All I can think of are Marasai Colmes, and Waxillium Ladrian. If someone does have such an ability, I would be willing to defend them, regardless of Alignment, in exchange for the public release of dead player's identities.- 1344 replies

You have missed something but you do bring up a point no one else did. And yes. It is Ad Hominem. Which was intentional. Being completely honest. I've never liked Stink's playstyle. I feel like it causes more problems than it solves, and raises more chaos than catches Eliminators. So when I realized he was probably Independant, I decided that I would rather lynch him than someone whose Alignment I had no idea of. I haven't switched back to voting for him because that's not a style of play I want to do. I do not know what Faction Mark is in. I just don't think the way Stink was accosting him is the way to go about it. If it is bad Policy, then a lot of players are guilty of it.- 1344 replies

Aman, I disagree, I think it would be better to get the planets down to groups of three or four, with one planet with all the leftovers. That way, if there's a kill on a little planet, the pool of suspects is half as large. @Paranoid King That depends. Are the factions open or closed? By that, I mean, do each faction have a doc and know eachother's Identities? If so, I would classify them all individually as Eliminator Factions. As in, if they were the only faction, or one of two, than they would be Eliminators But if all those factions were in the game, then none of them would be. Normally, an Eliminator factions is defined by three things. They have a Doc, a Faction special ability, and a Goal that cannot be completed without the majority of players in the game losing.- 1344 replies

It was the Unmade I think. I'm getting worried that you're right, but if so, that's going to be a mite I'll just confirm that Fez is on my world. Is anyone else willing to publish their world?- 1344 replies

Yes you did. Either that or you blatantly lied. Either you know for certain that there is a Village Faction (There is) because you are a member of it, Or you don't know about the village Faction, because You're not a part of it. Ergo, You're a non villager.- 1344 replies

First off Stink. Second off, did no one catch this? Did no one catch Magestar saying he wasn't village? (Also, there's a typo. Curse you Elbereth. Now I'm noticing them. I was Happily ignorant before.)- 1344 replies
