Anniversary Game: In the Re-Wake of the Koloss
Jo and the Bush replied to Metacognition's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Seriouslly? That's all you say? I'm spiked? Why exactly are you completely ignoring Wyrm and his plan, and why are you focusing on Unodus so much? Why exactly do you think I'm Spiked? -
Anniversary Game: In the Re-Wake of the Koloss
Jo and the Bush replied to Metacognition's topic in Sanderson Elimination
The only piece of evidence against Unodus is the role. Other than that, they've played completely innocently. I firmly believe Unodus is a Villager. I'm fairly certain that Jason and Senn are both eliminators with Wyrm simply through Process of elimination. But seriously guys, we need to lynch Senn, lynching Wyrm won't work, I'm not sure why, but he wouldn't throw himself out there unless he had a way to survive. Like being the spiked Mistborn and drawing Pewter again. -

To those of you first timers, I recommend reading the General Rules written up by Meta. They'll give you the basis of what this game is.- 929 replies

Long Game 10: A Game of Shards
Jo and the Bush replied to Jo and the Bush's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Shards cannot invest in themselves. Yes, I originally thought Dominion was Domination. I thought I had corrected all of that. No. Once the invest, the power stays in a Worldhopper for a whole cycle, then the shard can invest again. Activated. Used. Yes. No. Only Endowment knows who the Shardholders are. But she doesn't know which shard they hold. The Worldhoppers and The Shards are one team.- 929 replies

Long Game 10: A Game of Shards
Jo and the Bush replied to Jo and the Bush's topic in Sanderson Elimination
I forgot to ask this in the OP. I still haven't decided whether or not all the Shards (Except Odium) should be Safe roles or not. The Books say they should, but balance wise they shouldn't be. They're currently balanced to be Safe roles, but what does everyone else think.- 929 replies

I am a bit disappointed in you. When I gave you my blessing to interfere in the affairs of the Seventeenth Shard, I did not expect you to stage a bloody Coup. Regardless, I hope you now have the manpower needed to stop Rayse. I have alerted the Shardholders, and I know at least 8 of them will be present to contain him, but that may just give him what he wants. You will have to be very careful in your pursuit of Vengeance this time. Trust no one. not even those who trust you. Rayse knows how to disguise himself, as do the rest of the shards. And remember, there's always another Secret. Investiture All of the roles are shards with two abilities. The Ability to invest in a normal worldhopper, and a Shardic Ability. The Shard must use their Invest Ability the same cycle they use their Shardic ability. Some Shards also have a passive ability. The Investiture Power is a role given to a Worldhopper. The shard targets a player, and that player has the power for one cycle. If a shard attempts to Invest in another Shard, they are told Exactly: “Your Target cannot receive Investiture.” Multiple Shards may Invest in the Same Worldhopper. That Player may choose to use one ability per Turn. A Shard may send a Message along with their Investment. This message will be anonymous. The Worldhopper cannot reply. If a Shard fails to invest two cycles in a row,or fails to post 3 turns in a row, the Shard will become a Fallen Shard, and Endowment gets to choose a new Shardholder. This shard is not shattered, and can still invest. Roles: PM's: There are two ways to use PM's. One is to be in one with Cultivation, or a follower of Cultivation. The other is to be on the same world as a player. In addition to any other night action a player may have, they may choose to go to a certain world. (The amount of Worlds is equal to 1/4 of the Original number of players, rounding up.) All players on that world will be put in a PM group for the duration of that cycle. Order of Actions: Day: Devotion's Worldhopper is announced Endowment makes a new Shard. Normal Votes Day Investments (Odium/Honour/Endowment/Ruin) Dominion Targets Ruin’s Kill Both Devotion abilities Dominions Vote Change Ruin’s Vote Cancel Lynch Night: Endowment makes a new Shard Night Investments (Dominion, Cultivation, Preservation, Devotion) Dominion targets. Lashings Ruin's kill Devotion targets Ruin's action cancel Odium/Champion kill Writeup: Shards attacked by Odium’s champions who survive will be indistinguishable from Players who survive due to Honour’s Lashings or from players invested with Preservation or are Preservation. The identity of the survivor is revealed. Only Devotion’s saves are singled out. Ruins kill will be different than Odium’s kill Victory Conditions: Odium and his Champions win if they Outnumber the Worldhoppers and Shards. The Worldhoppers and Shards win when they shatter Odium and slay his Champions. All writeups will be posted at 10:00pm PST. If you're having trouble with Timezones, I recommend looking at this Xkcd Comic. It shows the times around the world right now. The Day turn will be 48 hours long (2 days) The Night turn will be 24 hours long (1 Day). Wilson is the Neutral Moderator for this game. EDIT: For those of you who will ask for Clarifications, Go here. It's the Rules, but in much more detail. Cycles: Day 1 Night 1 Day 2 Night 2 Day 3 Night 3 Player List: As of Day 3 Quick Links:

The Cryptics are never described as Twisted and Inhuman. They do have heads of lines. My personal theory is that those were a (Breed? Species?) Of Odium spren. That's why they fled when Kaladin and his Honourspren was near.

Anniversary Game: In the Re-Wake of the Koloss
Jo and the Bush replied to Metacognition's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Assuming you're innocent, (That's a ginormous assumption), there is no reason for the spiked to contact you and tell you their entire team. that would just let you try to convince them to vote for one of them, and possibly succeed. And why the pessimism? Yes things are looking pretty grim, but i'd bet there's only 4 spiked left, which puts us on equal footing, otherwise they'd all reveal themselves and just vote for the same person. Here's another hole in your logic. I know you would have thought about the implications of such a tactic, why the "spiked" would do such a thing, and you would have realized that the only reason he would truthfully claim Mistborn is if he had Pewter this cycle, yet you vote for him anyway. There is no way I can believe that Mek is the spiked Mistborn, or even Spiked. As for the suspects, Mailliw has played level with me this entire game, and my gut has firmly said Unodus is innocent, until recent cycles, which looking back, wavered because of things you said. However, you wouldn't be stupid enough to only put innocents in our spiked list, which means that Either Claincy or Senn or both are spiked along with you. I'd also bet that at least one Inactive is on the side of the spiked. Assuming you're innocent, why would you give the other accused a chance to prove their innocnce by voting for Mek? This statement is literally a threat, saying if you don't vote for Mek, you're on his team. I'll accept that. I frelly admit I'm on Mek's team, the Villager team. Again, why the pessimism? However, I'm not going to vote for you. This ploy, if seen through, would lead to your lynching. You wouldn't risk that unless you couldn't be lynched, meaning you're a thug, but you've already been lynched once. So I propose you're the Spiked Mistborn, and have drawn Pewter yet again. So once I figure out who's spiked, Senn or Claincy, I'll vote for them. -
Anniversary Game: In the Re-Wake of the Koloss
Jo and the Bush replied to Metacognition's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Mailliw knew both Unodus and Piffer's roles. We'd assumed that Piff was lying until we saw Meta's correction. I said in the Pm that Piff might be innocent 20 minutes before the writeup. Mailliw posted 20 minutes after the writeup, saying he hadn't seen the update by meta. Plus he sent in his message about 7 hours beforehand. -
On page 179 of Firefight, Tia mentions that Sourcefield was poisoned as a little girl, not with cool-aid, but with a generic juice drink. Sourcefield was still weakened by the kool-aid. So my question is will an Epic be weakened if they're confronted by what they believe is their weakness?

Anniversary Game: In the Re-Wake of the Koloss
Jo and the Bush replied to Metacognition's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Huh. And I had just decided that he was probably innocent. I was about to post: But Meta closed the topic right before I could. As for Mailiw's message, we decided last night that Piff was a spiked Rioter, before Piff pointed out that Meta had corrected a voting mistake, which neatly destroyed all of our evidence. EDIT: To counter the inevitable "There's no proof you believed Pifferdoo was innocent", have a screenshot. MOD EDIT: While the screenshot wasn't information-sensitive, it toes the line of Fair Play. Please refrain from using screenshots in the future (this goes for everyone. ). Joe EDIT: Oh, alright then. I hadn't realized that was technically off limits. -
Anniversary Game: In the Re-Wake of the Koloss
Jo and the Bush replied to Metacognition's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Unodus coudn't have rioted this turn, as his vote is on Jain. Wait, Meta did you change the votes? EDIT: I copy/pasted the votes and 10:34 yesterday, and Meta edited the writeup at 10:43. -

Anniversary Game: In the Re-Wake of the Koloss
Jo and the Bush replied to Metacognition's topic in Sanderson Elimination
So that means Pifferdoo had to have rioted Wyrm's Vote. I just checked and the three inactives have been offline for more than two weeks, so Pifferdoo is the only option for today's rioter. Whether he's spiked or not is up for debate. But considering he's been claiming he didn't riot Wyrm today. (He said that in a PM with me) So yeah Mailliw, You should at least tell us Piferdoo's role. -
In Mitosis, David says that Mitosis gets stupider with each new clone. He's proven wrong about this. But later on in Firefight, David also says that Obliteration has a cooldown between teleports, when he doesn't. It's revealed that Regailia removed that from him. So what if she also removed Mitosis's Stupidity?
