  1. Sorry, total tangent here, but anything with 2%-4% carbon is considered cast iron and not steel, again, apologies, just triggering my OCD Edit: just for clarity - steel generally contains somewhere between 0.05-2.1% carbon content, that's from mild steel through to very high carbon steel
  2. It may not even need to be activated, it's possible that if the fabrial is left with 'home' selected, it somehow isolates it from the gate-network? Just random speculation here, but just trying to throw ideas around Edit: does it actually mention where the 'keyhole' is positioned in the kholinar gate? It could give credence to my theory, or bust it!
  3. Just a minor thing, but I think you are misinterpreting what I meant, in the example on the plains, The bridge four soldiers were outside the room (on the plateau) when shallan activated it, ergo, not within the fabrial, hence them being left behind when she returned to urithiru. What I'm suggesting is that it works similarly to how multiple cognitive entities can come to view themselves as a singular entity, The fabrial 'knows' what is part of it, and what is not, So the room itself is transported but anything outside of the confines of the room (like the rest of said plateau - and the bridge four members) stays put. Let me know what you think. ps. Please excuse any spelling errors or non capitalisation, I'm on my phone.
  4. It could be that it indeed does have a segment for Kholinar in the 'Circle of memories' as we don't know 100% how the Fabrial works, if it actually transports the entire room and contents, (maybe swapping it with the room in Urithiru?) then it would require a segment for every Oathgate to function correctly, including it's starting location.
  5. Just to chuck another word out there for the Honor + Odium combo - Retribution? My hatred demands vengeance, My honor demands justice? (Not just quoting Brent weeks here either! )
  6. If it's possible would it not be called something along the lines of sazium? Preservation And Ruins 'metals' were named after the shardholders, not the intents, just my thoughts
  7. Hi, I'm relatively new to the Cosmere, but have read every published Cosmere novel so far, the only thing I haven't read is the short story from dangerous women, I have had a lot of theories confirmed and even more busted by lurking on your forum, and am excited to be a part. Gen.
