Pre-Harmony Sazed and Jasnah locked in a room talking about religion could be interesting. Ishar and Vasher would also be interesting considering their respective understanding of investiture mechanics. I'd also like to see Vin and Lift.

Thanks!! Gavilar sucks. There are other horrible characters in the Cosmere, but none are as fake as he is. I'm happy that he died knowing that he wasn't as smart as he thought he was. A fitting end for a horrible person. Definitely Rock's bridge 4 stew! The Horneater Peaks. I want to know what it feels like not to be air sick The Way of Kings is my favorite simply because it's what got me into the Cosmere. Words of Radiance is my favorite Stormlight book post becoming a dad. Dalinar pleading with Elhokar to save his son's hits differently when you have kids, and the "Honor is dead, but I'll see what I can do" is legendary. My favorite stand alone book is Warbreaker.

Dragons are cool. Wayne is hilarious. Compounding gold for the health and vitality real world. Windrunner, but that could be partially because Kaladin is my favorite character and I relate most to him. Windrunner's became far less interesting after Kaladin stopped leading them. A close second would probably be Stoneward, so I'm excited for Taln's book (although I do find him slightly overrated in this fandom). I like progression for the healing.

I've read all of Stormlight, all of Mistborn (Era 1 and Wax and Wayne), Elantris, Warbreaker, Tress and the Emerald Sea, Edgedancer, Dawnshard, and the Arcanum Unbound stuff. I've read Stormlight, Mistborn Era 1, and Warbreaker multiple times. Thank you for the reminder about AI. I more of mentioned that because I had been using it to talk through theories that I've had, and found it unreliable. Chat gets a lot wrong. Figured it would be a much better idea to talk through theories with this community!

I think Rayse would make an exception for someone of El's caliber. Especially if it meant keeping him away from Tanavast. And history tells us that El was not zealously loyal to Odium anyway.

Fair enough. I still find it extremely odd that he removes his carapace, even if he replaces it with metal in the same pattern. Would being a Singer disqualify him from being a part of the original plan for the Oathpact? Odium stripped him of his rhythms because he was a human sympathizer. What if he was originally going to side with his friend Jezrien before backing out?

Has this been confirmed? He removes the singer carapace whenever he returns. Maybe his original body was human before he became fused, and he doesn't like the carapace. El was stripped of being able to hear the rhythms by Odium. While rare, humans are capable of hearing the rhythms so that doesn't necessarily mean that he's a singer.

Do we know if Wit was the ONLY other person offered the position? Wit was never going to join the Oathpact, and I don't think he would mislead the other Heralds into thinking that he was going to join them. What if they asked Wit one last time if he would do it out of desperation after Jezrien killed El?

I want the Nightwatcher bondsmith to be Adolin.

Currently re-reading Wind and Truth. First off, do we know whether or not El is human or singer? If he is a human fused, is it possible that he was the one Taln had to replace in the Oathpact? I'm just wondering if the timing of Jezrien mentioning that he killed El is significant with it happening right before the Oathpact was formed. Sorry if this has been discussed before, I just made this account.
