  3. So, I've been thinking. The units we use, both metric and imperial, are all quite arbitrary. So, just like everyone uses radians instead of degrees now, let's make some better units, defined by universal constants. First up, the logical starting point. Lightspeed. Next, some time units. I came up with the half-life of Radium-224 (~3.63 days), Technetium-99 has a half-life of 211100 years, and the time it'll take for the first stellar black hole to die from Hawking Radiation, which I won't list here. Anyone got s'more?
  4. Kreen reached to see if he could feel lines to other planets.
  5. Wait so is this Shadow of the Hegemon I think
  6. No Just his name isn't a spoiler It isn't saying anything about what he is
  7. Max? You're the first one to invite him. Also just his name doesn't need to be tagged, as his existence is not a spoiler or anything.
  8. Interesting. If you could invite any 6 Sanderson characters to a party, who would you invite?
  9. Kreen tugged on this line.
  10. What is your favourite species that ever existed?

  12. Why do you change your display name so much?
  13. Antiseptic and insecticide? By human, do you mean us? Named grinned. "I don't know why I'm here in the first place," he said. "But you want an allegiance? With me?" He chuckled. "What would you gain from that?"
  14. Update: He likes it! Finally! He's on chapter 11! He's hooked! He was reading it in class instead of doing schoolwork
  15. Kreen tried to see if he could identify where these lines lead
  16. Kreen looked at the slightly more distant lines.
  17. Interesting. What are these units But the moon would be shredded by Earth's Roche limit before actually colliding
  18. No, give me an actual length Like blue ranges from 450 nanometres to 495 nanometres Give me a length in that range The longer side will be more green The shorter side will be more violet
