    So a little while I drafted a bill for school and since then I updated it
    As before I’m looking for feedback
    Thoughts, queries, concerns, or constructive criticisms?

    A Bill to Regulate the Obtainment of Firearms

                    BE IT ENACTED BY THIS UIL CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

    SECTION 1.   Civilian persons must meet the following requirements prior to being licensed to carry a firearm.
    A: Have a clean juvenile and criminal record
    B: Be a minimum of 21 years of old
    C;  Undergo a 30-day course on firearms safety and use
    D; Undergo mental health screenings for three consecutive months

    SECTION 2.
    A: Course instructors must be licensed by the state
    B: Courses must cover proper handling, safety, storage, and use of firearms
    C; Mental health screenings are to consist of one screening by two licensed psychiatrists per week for three consecutive months. Both psychiatrists must issue a clean bill of health for the examinee to be approved
    D; Restrictions apply to firearms of all lengths and calibers

    SECTION 3.   To be enforced by the Department of Justice. Violations to carry a minimum penalty of 5 years incarceration and $1,000 fine.

    SECTION 4.   To be implemented January 1st, 2026 

    SECTION 5.   All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.

    We don't know anything about TADC Caine yet but in the story Abel was a good dude and was dutiful to God And Caine was jealous and was like "hey I should kill him about it" And so it was And then God showed up and was like "where's your brother Caine" And Caine (as he was standing right over the body) was like "I don't know man I'm not his baby sitter"
