“Well Miss Cerouge, identification is when you tell someone who you are. For example if you you told someone your name was Cerouge you would be identifying yourself. Now if I was to introduce myself as Cerouge that would be borrowing identity. It’s like a game of pretend but for some reason people don’t seem to like playing it.”

“I mean permantly borrowing from. Apparently you’re not supposed to borrow identification. Take note in case you ever find yourself in a similar situation.” He pointed at the miniature dragon

“Memory is a strange and unwieldy thing,” Ferences replied. “For instance I don’t remember what I had for lunch yesterday but somehow these men remember me borrowing from them years ago.” He shook his head

“You can certainly try Miss Cerouge.” Ferences drew his sword and flourished it in an arc. “But I’ve had experience stabbing people before they stab you.”
