I can’t believe people say Shallan sucks, she doesn’t suck at all, she’s amazing! I think she’s such a wonderfully bonkers character, she accepts her faults and forgives herself and she’s a true artist. I find her super relatable, and I love how she self analyses and is so aware of her mental health problems and works to over come them. It makes her not perfect, but super mature. And she’s funny. Not as funny as Pattern or Design but still funny…

Absolutely, imagine the heralds come back and suddenly the highstorm returns as well bringing back stormlight and fueling all the radiants. Serious double whammy for Retribution!

I think listeners are super close to humans and why not give it a go if two characters share a connection. What’s even more interesting for me is Kaladin’s relationship with Syl. They’re so close and she is starting to become more and more human, with preferring being the same size as humans, and starting to become able to touch things, have human emotions when she cryes at the end etc. I wonder if some of these changes are happening because on some deeper level she wants Kal to see her as a woman and not just a spren.
