There is something I would like to address.

i recently posted a poem that means a lot to me. (Cough cough go read it in my blogs, most recent one under gasp coder is writing now)

And I love it when people interact with me about my poems, and that’s what a few people did.

However, other people started joining the conversation, and the conversation began to veer.

now, that same poem has ~800 views and 101 comments. The poem itself has 3 total rep. The whole blog now has ~900 views. When reading the conversation in the comments that almost certainly got my blog over 800 views, I felt like none of it was actually about the poem. I felt, actually, like quite a few of them hadn’t even read the poem. Don’t get me wrong, I love interaction, and don’t even specifically care it wasn’t about the poem. It just felt like all these people were coming over to my poem, getting it all these views, and I feel like around 700 of those views were only for the comments, by people who never even read the poem. I feel hurt that there are these people, fooling me that they were there, and their views were for me. When in reality, most of them came for someone else. (For reference, verdance was chill, no hate on verdance)
