    I just had an assignment in my US history class.

    We had to either find Columbus Guilty or Not Guilty for crimes against humanity.

    I used the Chewbacca defense and my teacher approved it.

      He’s such a terrible person.

      He never even knew that he had discovered anything

      the Vikings got there first

      and he only found a small island.

      And if he hadn’t caused such a craze, 90% of natives wouldn’t have died - like, coming to the New World resulted in so many deaths that it’s actually scary. So many people died, that their farms were left untended and that led to an ice age. Like, woah.
