    Behind her, the building exploded in flame. From the back door, one more soldier stepped. “Die, bugs.” A strange rifle was pointed towards the occupants, and a stream of molten flame spewed from the weapon. Nikolas and the rest of the soldiers burst into flame, dying. The fire missed you. Finally, the soldier revealed a cloak full of lit grenades. The grenade explodes, but a man behind home envelopes the room in fire.

I shouldn’t be able to.” His voice was edged with worry. Sain gave a cry, and crumbled, the cloak falling. It was now fully empty.

    An eye open from nothing in the air in front of him. The pupil was a hall into darkness, out of which a malformed figure stepped from. ”I am… the Spirit of Corruption. I can give you this Power, for a price. There is something I Wish to find. You will retrieve it for me.” The figure turned. “I am not without reason, however. Before this absolute, I will grant you other Power, to assist you in your task.” @Hawks Pyk coughed violently, eyes watering. “Woah. Sorry, not sure what that was.” He looked apprehensively to the Hasrathan, who had green phlegm almost blanketing its cloak.

    There were three lit incendiaries in the room. Nikolas dashed towards one of the bombs, a handgun ready. He aimed and fired, shooting off the fuse component of the grenade. “I don’t know if I can make that shot again!”
