He nodded his head to the Nalthian. “I do not speak your language, Nalthian, but your culture is quite intriguing.” Lumis stared at the allomancer. “Hello. Are you from here? Or are you like my strange friend here?” The mistspren scrutinized him, as if trying to see from his eyes. It was slightly comical.

Let’s see if that’s true, I guess.” Lumin nodded. “Yes, my strange friend. The truth will be manifest, soon.”

Adtae teleported behind her, and an unnaturally strong arm snaps upwards, shoving Adtae backwards with many times the normal force.

    Adtae hesitated. This woman is dangerous. For how can I kill someone if they cannot see my eyes? Attack. When her soul is released, it should be able to see my eyes.
