  1. “That’s the problem. In history, he fell asleep, allowing the Twins to kill him and steal his eyes, becoming deities.” The book was a generic history book. However, in the index, the book had many, many references. The farmer gave him the stink eye. “That’s not enough. I need more.” He was sent back. No
  2. The book didn’t mention much more of them - but did go into the strange practices of the Priests of the Rending - the author notes that, although the priests were far from correct, the Rending was one of the acts aligned closest with the Flame that had happened in their history. I find it curious that the Judge - Consort of Aeia - would grow into the monster he became. He was even named for his Rage, later in his immortality. “Did he seem… tired?” The basket glowed green when it was full. When he placed a hand on its handle, he teleported, brought face to face with the farmer.
  3. “Before you came here, a figure would have talked to you, yes?”
  4. “It will take time to adjust, I understand. But the Flame has a task for you.” The man softened his voice. “Look… the Flame, he isn’t doing to hot. He has a problem stopping him from functioning as well as he could. That’s where you come in, yes? You’ll help solve that problem, and the Flame will be able to sort through your problems.”
  5. The book details the research of Weala - and her history as she transitioned from the Healer to the False Priestess to the Great Spirit. Apparently, she spent her time attempting to find more about the deity the Twins had killed. “I understand. If you have any problems with the Intellect’s University, please leave a note.” The man hesitated. “The Flame handpicked people to enter this reality. He couldn’t pick everyone.”
  6. The statue talked again. “I can summarize those, if you wish!” The book was detailing the reign of The Tyrant Judge.
  7. “No… you won’t.” He shifted. “One of Pyk’s friends is here, though.”
  8. The man hesitated. “Asher…. Is not here.” Two of them were glowing.
  9. An automated voice sounded. “Hello, students. The Flame has elected you to help research a problem as old as it is! And it’s…” *whispering* “pretty dang old.” “Throughout time, The Flame has tackled something called the Slumber!” ”This library contains a living record of all history. Ever! It is up to you to find the root of this problem! I have highlighted important texts - bring them to me for a summary.” @Hawks ”You could say that, yes. It represents the perfect duality of destruction and creation.”
  10. There was a raised section on the hand. The room had shelves of books.
  11. They were empty. Maybe they should start to fill them. ~~~~~~~ Okay. @Through The Living Glass The figure in the center was a curious statue.
  12. The baskets were there. ~~~~~~~~ The figure in the middle seemed to be a polished, reflective statue. The man gestures around him. “The Flame is… everything. It is wonderful, and it leads us.” He addressed Seraphina. “How are you taking this transition?”
  13. (Before’e left) The farmer laughs. “I said most of you.” ”I trust the Flame shared a few words with you before you appeared here?”
  14. “Well, mostly,” the man looked down at a paper, “transition into a human body.”
  15. I’m back yall! Hehehehahaheheh

  16. The stone seemed a perfect fit. Perfect
  17. “Food.” The man gestured to the corn, and then to a few baskets behind him. There was a polished, reflective stone at the bottom of each. He turned away, pulling out a pebble and disappearing. He recognizes the girl - though this time she isn’t blue. Or small. The person in front of them smiles. “I’m here to help the transition.l He points to the girl. “I understand that, before the age of Utopia, she was a spirit?”
