I'll just say, rep count doesn't matter much or mean anything, so I wouldn't stress about it. You'll notice that those three people you're comparing your rep to have about 10x your number of posts, and likely even more in forum games/random stuff. They're more active, which means posting more quality posts, and gaining more rep. Coder has like 3,000 posts, so it wouldn't make sense for you to have a similar amount of rep to him
