  1. He smiled at her. "It will be okay." he reassured her. "If you get scared, you can take my hand. If it hurts, you don't have to. I'll be right here with you, okay?"
  2. He looked Ria in the eyes pleadingly. "You have to try." he said, turning to Five. "I promise you, everything will be okay." he told her softly
  3. He looked down at his hands. "They used some in me. Could you take those?" he asked her with a sense of urgency
  4. He sighed, trying to think of a better solution. "Wait. Ria, what about nanites? could they deactivate it without harm to the body?" he asked out of realization
  5. He smiled warmly at Five. "It will be okay, I promise. I won't let them hurt you. no surgery, no nothing." he told her softly, looking over to Ria, saying; "I don't believe that. What if you could short them? they are machines, right?"
  6. "I mean... The only thing I notice is I feel... whole. Like the man and the machine aren't fighting anymore. It's so quiet. It feels amazing." he told Aden. "Now Ria, how would you go about curing Five fully WITHOUT surgery?"
  7. He tipped his head in confusion. "How do you mean" he said as he stood again. He handed five half the blanket again, giving her a warm smile. "Thank you, I appreciate it." he told her solemnly
  8. Nothing happened. It's like a computer froze. Nothing from Starlight for about 5 minutes until he just unfroze, completely fine. Like nothing happened. "Why am I being stared at?" he asked, his voice slightly more mechanical than before
  9. I get you. It's hard. A lot of people say turn to god, but that only worked for me for so long. It gets better, eventually. I think you need an outlet. Something to write, something to do. Somewhere to put your emotions so you don't let them out on everyone else
  10. He kept going and going until after about 15 minutes it all just stopped. He froze. He didn't do, didn't say anything.
  11. "I don't know- I- I- I don't know. It's just too much. It's all too much." he muttered through tears, images flashing by of his conditioning and all the things they did
  12. "Nothing's okay. Nothing will ever be okay." he said through sobs "It's so loud. why is it so loud" he uttered, beginning to rock back and forth
  13. He started to slink back down to the floor, curling up and crying. "It could've been normal. It could've been ok. But they ruined it all. Their knives and scalpels, drills and plates. it all in my head. Why won't it stop. please- stop-" he uttered frantically
  14. He grunted, knowing he shouldn't stand but did it anyways. He had kinda a maniacal laugh when he stood up. "Great. That's fantastic. Cause why could ANYTHING go right. WHEN COULD ANYTHING BE OKAY?!" he said frantically, progressively getting louder and running his hands through his hair as he slowly went mad in the moment
  15. "No surgery." he said, trying to stand."Not having any of that. How is Five looking?"
  16. yeah u got it Electricity reactivated his heart, staring up everything again. He gasped loudly. "WHAT HAPPENED?" he shouted
  17. The convulsing worsened. He knew a component was failing, but he didn't know which
  18. The ringing didn't stop. He couldn't move. Barely think. barely breathe. his eyes rolled back as he started twitching and convulsing on the ground
  19. He stood there, utterly shocked. His ears began to ring again, and the noise was slowly drowning out. He didn't know if this was a panic response, or a failing component. He got his answer when his knee gave out and he fell to the floor, unable to move
  20. "Spit it out, Ria." he said with a sense of urgency
  21. absolutely. *hug* That's a big help withhaving glass. having someone to let in makes things easier
  22. He sighed. "So bad?" he asked. "And two more things, why are my implants failing, and is she dying?"
