  1. Pretty good, really tired my brain is lagging
  2. Huh ok well hi How are you
  3. Greetings Why am I being greeted in here?
  4. If only. Man just can’t catch a break.
  5. … WHAT Ok honestly I’m a Harry Potter fan but I can kinda understand that. It’s spreading isn’t it
  6. Worth a shot, sorry that’s not really helpful Yeah for some reason she saw Arkansas as my location and decided that was my nickname. Idk just whatever we’re watching, like we just finished our Harry Potter marathon.
  7. Usually I’m watching a movie with the family, then I get on once the movie’s over. Also I have no free time during the day. Thanks
  8. I also do that, reading functions the same way but is slightly less unhealthy if that’s helpful.
  9. It’s like continuing to drill things even though you need to recharge the batteries or pausing to recharge them. It’s faster in the long term. However, if you don’t, I wish you luck *another hug* Night y’all
  10. Yeah the future’s terrifying. It’s an uncertain nebulous mix of possibilities. That doesn’t mean it has to be bad though. I say this as someone who often struggles with the future, so I recognize that may not help, but I hope it does at least a little. And you should absolutely take a day off of whatever you have going on if you need it, you literally can’t be productive if you’re stressed about something else or tired. *hug*
  11. “Just an identity crisis” is not “just” anything. Let us help or offer support
  12. Yeah, and from a writer’s standpoint that makes sense. It’s just not a particularly great reason.
  13. That’s…that’s really dumb of them. It’s no more cowardly than groin-kicks—that is to say, not at all. Rules like that are typically adopted by fighting styles that have become more tournament or competition-based than actual self-defense or combat-based. It has nothing to do with being cowardly, and if introduced would make combat a lot more interesting because then it becomes more a game of tactics than strength, thus leveling the playing field a bit. That rule to me seems just a lame way of avoiding intense choreography work. Not intended to offend in any way, this is just something I feel strongly about from my and other people’s experience with combat.
  14. Sorry, let me rephrase. That’s not to say there aren’t any, and lightsabers themselves could be very effective weapons. It’s the use of them and the combat as depicted in the movies that I have issue with. One of the most effective and simple strategies would be to just briefly turn off your saber to bypass a block, which I believe shows up a couple times in the cartoons
  15. This is true, but they just swing them around, there are no efficient lines or strategies Even accounting for the fact that there is no real force required to cut, it’s still not effective. Plus they typically only use the Force when they need a breather.
  16. That would be really cool
  17. Oh nice! Yeah I’m familiar with it, I was eyeing it as an option for awhile
  18. None of the people in any of the Star Wars movies fight well, from a true combat standpoint
  19. “Y’all. Do you think I can survive this fall.”—Sun Tzu, The Art of War
  20. @Through The Living Glass what type of engineering? IFY @DAVEY will actually be five years younger.
