    No. It would grant an exponential return in the attribute stored in the atoum upon burning an atiummind, but I don't remember what that is. Compounding doesn't affect Allomantic ability so far as I know

    Steel Compounder, easily. Most of my life is martial arts, so this would be incredibly useful for mobility, which is most of my style. Plus, I just like moving quickly.
