You don't know who you're dealing with, somebody who spent ten years on the run through the multiverse and did what he had to to survive." As he bluffed, he quickly pulled out a piece of Soul Matter and conjured a small note that luckily was not Enulled. He balled it up and tossed it to Bacon. It read, Do you have a self-destruct remote for your castle on you? If you do, when I give the signal, bring the place down. Cricket naturally assumed Bacon had a self-destruct button on him, because he was Bacon.

    "You don't understand. I have only a few friends in the multiverse, and I'm not going leave them! And no, Prisoner, or whatever his real name is, is part of me! Don't you understand? We are one. You can't sever us!" Well, you see, the Enuller High Council signed a treaty with the Draconic Alliance. It states that any Narrator who doesn't register themselves by the end of the year in certain systems will be imprisoned. It is starting only in a few universes, the ones where the Enullers have most power, but it will spread. As you are a Narrator of some fame, I thought I ought to share this with you. I tried to debate this, but they outvoted me.

    Cricket backed away in horror. "No." he whispered. "You don't understand. I'm going with my friends no matter what, but, but the Enuller is a half of me, he's part of my soul!" Veleraxan smiled down at Bacon. Ah, yes! Bacon the Bard, my colleagues have said much about you. Tell me, will you speak with me for a moment? trauma dump by who? Asher? Cause if its Shoe or Beosta, I wanna hear the details.

    Oh, early years was great, top tier. (first books I ever read, for some weird reason )Also Royal Ranger was by far the worst, after book 3 it got weird with like outright supernatural stuff that didn't fit at all. Final List: Brotherband 1-3, Early Years, Ranger's Apprentice, Brotherband 4-6, Royal Ranger 1-3, Brotherband 7-9, Royal Ranger 4-7(?) He's like how Hoid is famous among worldhoppers in the Cosmere.

    Veleraxon curled his lips as he gazed around the reassembling town. He wouldn't have bothered to torch it if he hadn't known it would have reassembled. Brave adventurers as you must be, he said, speaking to them once more. I understand you came here to fight withergeists. Would it please you to come to my mountain fortress for some time. I understand you are traveling with a man known as Bacon the Bard. Don't ask me how I know, but he happens to be famous in my... crowd among the Multiverse. I understand he has a podcast?     Every series first 3-4 books were great. Ranger's Apprentice was great all the way through, Royal Ranger decreased in quality, so did Brotherband after 5-6 books. I just love the crew dynamic so much more than Will and Horace (all are great characters, but the crew dynamic is way funner and Royal Ranger ruined Will for me. Made him too much like Halt, felt like they recycled the concept.) I was tagging the group in general. I haven't bothered to read specific plotlines not relating to my characters.

He's a part of me." he said, backing away from the Enuller. "He's a part of me you'll never take away." Veleraxon landed softly in front of the humans, and studied them. Then he bowed his head and spoke in all of their heads telepathically. I'm sorry I attacked you, at the time I didn't realize there were humans, I thought withergeists were overrunning the town. What I say today was a true example of courage and strength. You are heroes, each in your own way. I am Veleraxon, dragon of the North.     Yeah, the last time I interacted with him was when the withergeist fight was just starting.

    Yep, you're right abt Cricket but the dragon stopped fighting Tenth and is committing withergeist genocide. Yeah, Cricket will come back as soon as he finishes talking to the Enullers (and maybe declining an invitation to join them....) Is the fight in general over? Can the dragon come down and introduce himself? Cricket shook his head. "He just went silent when I asked. I have an idea... but," Cricket shook his head. "I heard a voice in my head some time ago. I think he's the one who fused our souls together."

    Cricket shook his head, sadly. "I've always felt him, though I did not know he was an Enuller until the battle. As far as I'm concerned, he's been with me since day one." Cricket said, then concentrated for a second, listening to Prisoner. "He says that he.... was a healer, of sorts, a... surgeon, but he's also giving me memories of battle. Some sort of battlefield medic, maybe?"

    yeah, the fog's an illusion Veleraxon reared up, about to send a blaze of fire down on him, but realized that he had to come to kill withergeists, not fight a petty battle against an Enuller. He soared away from the Enuller, sending flames down the withergeists, vaporizing most of the remaining ones.
