  1. okay then tired and watching Stranger Things will respond tmrw Araris Valerian
  2. Hmm okay that doesn't clarify much I guess a poke vote is a poke vote, not an elim trying to start a train for no reason
  3. I too echo this sentiment about myself
  4. maybe you could trick him into thinking its salt, reflects Rane.
  5. We talked about the motives of a Doc kill, which I brought up in thread later, and some minor stuff, like spore transactions and no, Jo, I changed my member title afterr I realized it was a great title heading to school now, will analyze trains when I get home be smart without me yall
  6. welp dagum ok sorry, TOW, mate, all I knew was that I was village and you were mysterious -- Rane stared at the body. Moons. Moons. Another dead soul. An innocent. An innocent who he had almost shot. "Help me." he whispered silently. Fate was smiling on him. He had survived death at the hands of the crew, had spores at the ready. But another friend had fallen. -- I have feelings im elim target will try to lay out feelings tmrw
  7. Sorry, didn't see this before, but if this is the meta reason, I've been through enough games to take an early kill if im elim kill me, im no snowflake
  8. Mat Cauthon RNG is the best way to go I cannot criticize that o7 In response, a quote for @ThatOneWorldhopper/me for encouragement before the exe. "If you must mount the gallows, give a jest to the crowd, a coin the hangman, and make the drop with a smile on your lips."
  9. if look back at your PM, there should be a change over N1 in your roseite spore count . . .
  10. Rane frowned, but others were beginning to glance at him. Judge him. Accuse him. Okay, let's look at the logic. Killing Doc for making an alliance of PMs? Doing that in this game is frankly ridiculous. That's an extremely weak reason for an elim kill, and the motives of the elim kills that I've laid out make more sense. Is it the elim's favor for one of their own to clarify the kill? Fog of war, mate. An elim wants confusion and me trying to explain it doesn't make sense. If you look at how I play elim, I encourage fog of war play style, which is not why I (hope) I'm doing this game. Bee, personally, I gave you a roseite spore yesterday, if you may have noticed. Explain e!Storm doing that.
  11. Sorry mate, but I'm village, I know it, whereas I can't verify you TOW Edited to Add: Will post responses later, but needed to get this out
  12. Rane turned to the sullen voice. "You don't care? Why? WHY?"
  13. speaking of epic battles and Doc, Inspector Javert vs. Kaladfin? QF76 anyone? -- Rane stared at all the accusing faces, and suddenly felt a burning frustration. This talk was not helping. "All right, then!" he shouted, whipping out his gun. "Who do I shoot? Who's the murderer?"
  14. The sudden push against Hoid Slayer is weird. To me, it could seem motivated, but all the votes are from vets who I don't think would make such an obvious coordinated push, so e/Jo, v/Araris, v/Stink or any combo of the above. I'm willing to believe that there's only one elim among them, or none. It doesn't seem right for them to side train this far from EoD. Still, this makes sense with my Doc death analysis, even tho that is a very general analysis. I don't want to assume there's an elim in the train, since a side train doesn't make sense this early. Ugh. My rambling is starting to psyche me out. I'm contradicting myself in whatever I say, but I feel like getting this down is valuable, if only for XP. Anyway, idk My gut is saying Hammerer, for whatever reason, with no evidence except I'm a village master so it makes sense for him to be elim. Against useless thoughts which will be useful for later days thread analysis. Anyway, idk what to say except I want to see a Hoid response and why votes are popping up.
  15. Three days functionally, since we had a night cycle to discuss. Yeah, I've been talking abt the Doc kill in PMs, and what I'm thinking about is his activity. He was a fairly prominent player, who traditionally has strong reads, which could signify a vet kill, someone who knows how he plays. If a vet, @RoyalBeeMage pointed out to me that the kill could be movtivated by the fear of Doc forming a massive PMs network, like he has done in the past. Activity also points to vet, since he spoke some, maintaining activity, but also wasn't super active. Elims tend to to like to target the middle of the pack. Not really sure what this info signifies, will analyze player list later with this in mind. I agree with your reads of who should have died, and with what I have above combined with your master point, TUH could be elim, tho I'll look into that later. Again, I like your analysis of poke votes, as well as the rest of the post, which gives you some v/cred, tho most of that is me probably just happy somebody agrees with my stance on pokes. Still, even if giving out zephyrs isn't v/indicative, it shows some integrity. Stockpiling spores is a net advantage to the elims, and even giving zephyr to village isn't in their best interest. Man I need to reread the thread. I'm liking Hoid rn, but the rest of the playing field is kind of murky. I forgot how useful having a D1 train to work off of is
  16. Rane sat in the crow's nest lamely, watching the spores churn. He was getting old, but had been at sea a long time, and was agile enough to scramble up the rigging here. The murder . . . it haunted him. Unfounded accusations were being thrown around, but the killers were still hidden. Nothing was obvious. Nothing was as it seemed. By rote, he slipped out a pouch roseite spores. A lucky charm. To protect him. Unconsciously, he opened the bag, and stared at the shimmering pink mass, before spitting in it and scrambling back. The outgrowth of spores was . . . beautiful. Shockingly beautiful. The crystal sphere. It was beautiful. Rane smiled, a tear in his eye, though he did not know why.
  17. Oh come on. At least vote on someone else. He's new for goodness sake. I understand it's sus, but we like to have the newbies have long enjoyable games, not getting voted out just for making a mistake. Vote on me before you vote him out, at least this early.
  18. thank you, Coder. Again, Hopper, you have to consider that every game I almost always poke vote, and when poke voted, I don't take it personally. But in a game like this, poke votes are just weird, and I feel like stronger votes can be made.
  19. My reaction in claiming poke votes are useless and the weird train that popped off was weird?
  20. okay, listen to me. Poke votes are for when we have no solid information, like D1. We however, do have 3 days worth of thread material, as well as a solid kill on an active player. After all that, we don't need poke votes. We have real info to base votes off.
  21. okay, first answer me this question. We've had two days to interact. Is it logical for a player with that time to poke vote in the 3rd day?
  22. Oh really? Of what? If you're village, quit being cryptic and giving us solid answers. Its not helping in any way to retain information.
