Sure! Draconic is only one of several languages and you still don't know the culture, I just think being able to communicate will make everything run smoother.

Draconic is the language of dragons but is decently common due to the dragon kingdom being the largest (bottom right on the map). Vandurai also speaks draconic, it's her first language.

you know how I said this a while back Divine intervention time! @Thee insane Talinel can now speak and write perfectly in Draconic! "What does it say?" Vandurai asks mostly to herself. Talinel can understand what she's saying.
