What does Vasher use to awaken the hanging sheets at Urithiru? Is it breath or is he using the less stable stormlight-based awakening?

I think that sometime in the next 5 book arc, that Syl comes back with Kaladin and is the "new" storm that fuels the next return of the Radiants.

Reading through The Sunlit Man and noticed that right before Hoid checks in on Sigzil, that Sigzil is expecting Kaladin to be reaching out to him during a storm “like on Roshar”. Isn’t this something only Dalinar can do as far as we know through RoW? Could this also align with the “son of Tanavast” theories?

I love this theory! I’m rereading Oathbringer now and the stormfather said that talenelot came back to join “the other 9 living heralds”. If this theory is true, and I think it is, then either the stormfather doesn’t know that a herald died (doubtful) or he’s lying (which we apparently see in the SA 5 prologue. Further, if the stormfather is lying about this, then this would seem to be the key piece of information regarding exactly what the heralds were “risking” by breaking the oath pact.
