ahhhhh amagad that was so stressful i think half of what i said was just "yo no entiendo, lo siento" (i don't understand, sorry) ugh Now, if this was a test on conjugations and grammar, or even just a test where the questions are written down and you respond to them verbally but they themselves are in writing it would have been SUCH a different story now i've got to do my homework 20ish pages of annotations, we're reading the bluest eye, which is an absolutely amazing book, so at least there's that to look forward to never htought i'd ever say that about annotations lol gahhh i just want to watch the mandalorian and melt into the couch in peace is that really too much to ask

it says duolingo ate my grandma because i didn't practice lol yeah online tests suck, a big part of learning a language is communicating through body language and wildly gesturing and online tests make it impossible to do that

alas this has failed i tried to pause it so i could make my answer cause there;s a pause function somehow confused myself and pressed it instead of clicking it and it automatically started so i jsut closed the tab may or may not be having an anxiety attack, my mama said it didn't matter earlier but i don't understand any of what they're saying in the recordings which doesn't make sense because in my class i am one of the best students and i hate this dumb assessment so much i wish i could do it in person it's so much easier talking in the saem room

OH! oh yea i told my mama im not feelin very mentally fun she was first like "push through the sadness" and i was like "but mama it's not sadness i feel the urge to hurt myself and i don't know why and i don't like it" and this changes everythign kind of so because of asian culture around mental health, it takes a whole lot of bad thoughts to be counted as anything worse than sad or anxious like the whole thing surrounding mental health in asia is that it's feelings and can be ignored, up until it isn't so i think she fully just thought i was being melodramatic and mopey, because i am a pessimist and a teenager, until i clarified that no, i've got a concrete (well as concrete as can be) problem yay i guess?
