    Nononononononononono no! Don't read that wrong! I'm at a place where crying is good. They were.... important tears. I needed them! tears are healthy! they release good hormones when you cry. That's why they make you feel better Emotion is GOOD! Ok? And you are GOOD at writing it! YES!
